EpilMe is the first diode laser that’s as reliable and cost-effective as a solid-state laser* for hair removal at any age. It addresses hirsutism, pseudofolliculitis barbae, benign pigmentation lesions and some vascular lesions. EpilMe allows practitioners to treat all skin types quickly and comfortably, achieving permanent hair reduction in only a few treatments1.

INTUITIVE SOFTWARE

EpilMe has 2 interfaces:

BASIC MODE

A patient-oriented interface with presets for the optimal parameters of two operation modes, Paint and Stamped. These presets treat a wide variety of hair pigmentation types and skin phototypes for quick and convenient treatment.

ADVANCED MODE

For experienced operators. Control all parameters and treat a wide range of indications, including benign pigmented lesions and some vascular lesions, across multiple skin types. The Advanced interface comprises Burst operation mode, designed to ensure total safety and efficacy for darker phototypes.

3 OPERATION MODES FOR A PERSONALIZED TREATMENT

Paint mode gradually heats the dermis using a high pulse rate and moderate energy. It provides high therapeutic effectiveness with overlapping.

For hair density reduction and patients sensitive to pain

Stamped mode delivers a single shot to the treatment area. A low-repetition pulse rate and high energy level achieve high therapeutic effectiveness with no overlapping.

For patients with thinner, low-density hair

Burst mode delivers a single shot that can be divided into an adjustable sequence of micropulses, ensuring higher levels of safety and efficiency when treating darker skin phototypes. It also uses low-repetition pulse rate and high energy.

For darker phototypes such as V–VI

INNOVATIVE CONTACT COOLING SYSTEM

EpilMe’s Contact Cooling System creates a thermal difference between the hair bulb being heated and the epidermis, which must be protected. The system ensures that the epidermis stays constantly cooled to 1ºC during treatment for optimal patient comfort and safety.
